Important news about Engage cards

We have been notified that the Engage Card, which was previously made available to credit union members by Contis Financial Services Limited, is being closed down and account-holders will be transferred to another pre-paid debit card provider Suits Me Limited.

We have also been advised that card holders should have received information about this change directly from Engage.

If you are an Engage card holder you need to be aware that this will affect you - we understand that Engage Cards will stop working on 13th January 2025 and no more credits, debits or transfers can be made after this date.

You should also be aware that other pre-paid card options are available from other providers and you may wish to consider which best suits your needs.

Please note that the Engage Card is operated entirely separately from the Manx Credit Union and we have had no input into the decision to close the Engage Card product.
